Evelyn Ehizuelen, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care with a strong focus on wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management. With extensive experience in primary care, internal medicine, weight management, and post-acute care, she partners with patients to create personalized treatment plans that support long-term health and improved quality of life.
